Return Policy - 30 Days
We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you can request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- be in the same condition as received
- be unused and undamaged
- have original tags (if applicable)
- be returned in original packaging
- include a receipt or other proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the product is:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrectly delivered
contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for the following products:
- cosmetic products that have been opened or used, for health and hygiene reasons
Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies for return, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:
- return your original purchase according to this policy
- once approved, place a new, separate order
Right of Withdrawal – European Union (14 Days)
Regardless of the 30-day return policy above, EU consumers have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
Conditions:
- item must be returned in the same condition
- unused, with tags (if applicable), and in original packaging
- proof of purchase required
Legal exceptions apply, including sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund decision.
If approved:
- refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
