1. Application of Terms of Use

The website and online store www.edenateliershop.eu (hereinafter: “Web Shop”) is owned by:

By using the Web Shop, including browsing content, registration, and placing orders, the user confirms that they are familiar with these terms and accept them in full.

The Merchant reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the website and apply to orders placed after publication.

2. Content, Services, and Intellectual Property

All content on the Web Shop (texts, photos, graphics, logos, videos, design, databases, etc.) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Copying, distributing, modifying, or using content for commercial purposes without prior written consent of the Merchant is prohibited, except as necessary for personal use of the Web Shop.

3. Use of the Web Shop

Users agree to use the Web Shop in accordance with Croatian and EU laws and to refrain from activities that may cause damage, service interruption, security breaches, or system abuse (e.g. unauthorized access attempts, malicious code, scraping, spam).

The Merchant may restrict or disable access in case of violations.

4. Registration and User Account

Registration is not mandatory unless required at certain times.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and safeguarding login credentials. Using another person’s data, impersonation, or sharing accounts is prohibited.

The Merchant reserves the right to deactivate accounts in cases of misuse or violations.

5. General Online Sales Terms (Pre-contractual Information)

5.1 Product Information

The Merchant strives to provide accurate product information. Images are illustrative; color variations may occur depending on device settings.

5.2 Orders and Contract Conclusion

Orders are placed electronically. Customers receive confirmation by email.

A sales contract is concluded when the Merchant confirms the order and/or payment is successfully completed. The Merchant may cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable products, or other justified reasons, with customer notification.

5.3 Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and are final.
The Merchant is not VAT registered; VAT is not charged in accordance with Article 90 of the Croatian VAT Act.

Shipping and additional costs are displayed before checkout.

Payments are processed via available methods (card payment, bank transfer, etc.). Card processing is handled by authorized providers; the Merchant does not store card data.

Prices and promotions may change at any time; customers pay the price valid at order placement.

5.4 Delivery

Delivery is performed by contracted courier services. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to circumstances beyond Merchant control.

Risk transfers to the customer upon receipt. Customers must inspect packaging and report visible damage immediately.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days – EU)

Consumers may withdraw from purchase within 14 days without reason.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return, using the original payment method.

Return of Goods

Goods must be returned within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless stated otherwise.

Exceptions (Hygiene / Sealed Goods)

Withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened.

7. Defects and Complaints

The Merchant is liable for material defects under Croatian law.

Customers should contact info@edenateliershop.eu with order number, description, and photos. Solutions include repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination where applicable.

8. Written Consumer Complaints (15-Day Response)

Complaints may be submitted:

Responses are provided within 15 days.

9. Personal Data Processing (Privacy / GDPR)

Personal data is processed solely for:

  • order fulfillment
  • invoicing and legal obligations
  • customer support
  • newsletters (with consent)

11. Limitation of Liability

Products must be used according to instructions. The Merchant is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, allergic reactions, improper storage, or expired products.

Indirect damages and loss of profit are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Croatian law applies. Croatian courts have jurisdiction.
